Role Summary:
Are you passionate about community growth and online engagement? We’re looking for an iGaming Community Assistant Manager to help foster vibrant user communities across Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and forums. You’ll support senior community leads in managing discussions, feedback, and events for some of the top iGaming brands.
Responsibilities:
- Moderate and grow social and chat-based communities
- Schedule daily posts, polls, and engagement prompts
- Monitor sentiment and respond to user inquiries
- Support tournaments, giveaways, and activations
- Gather user feedback and prepare reports
- Collaborate with influencers and affiliate partners
Requirements:
- Strong written communication in English + Portuguese or Spanish
- Familiar with Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and iGaming communities
- Organized and proactive in managing tasks
- Passion for gaming, slots, sports betting, or poker
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with community tools like Commsor, Orbit, or Modmail
- Social media or digital marketing background
- Live event moderation
