Role Summary:
We’re hiring an Affiliates Manager with strong experience in the iGaming industry to drive affiliate acquisition, relationship building, and performance optimization. This is a revenue-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic partnerships and understands compliance, tracking tools, and affiliate psychology.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM and global markets
- Negotiate deals and commission structures
- Monitor affiliate traffic, conversions, and ROI
- Optimize creatives, tracking links, and landing pages
- Ensure partners adhere to brand and regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
- 2+ years in iGaming affiliate marketing
- Fluent in English and Portuguese or Spanish
- Familiarity with tools like HasOffers, Impact, or Cellxpert
- Data-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills
